You can now access neighborhood related documents and newsletters through this site. Just below the photo at the top of this page you should see two links. One is called Creek's Edge Chronicles - Archives which is where you will find all community newsletters. The second one is called Documents. Right now, you will find two items there: (1) Information and Form for advertising in our Newsletter (2) Application for Architectural Review.

I would like to see the document with all of the community rules in it. We are not the original homeowners and never got the rules of the HOA. Also, at the meeting there was a lot of talk about enforcing the covenants. It would serve as a good reminder if there was a list compiled of common infractions posted on this website and in the next newsletter. If some homeowners were reminded, they may fix it. Maybe they don't even realize they are doing something wrong.

We are going to get both the Covenants and the By-Laws posted to the site soon.
We've been trying to include "issues" in the newsletters and will continue to do so, and hopefully expand those.
Also, with a new management company on board, homeowners will probably get more official notices about violations, so that will help for those instances where folks just don't know they are in violation.
